EDUCATION APPLICATIONS AND FINAL REGISTRATION DATE

Education Venue: Bucak Zeliha Tolunay Conference Hall (Education will be FACE TO FACE.)

Application Deadline and last day for payment: May 2, 2025 final applications will be taken and registrations will be closed. Please register and pay the course fee by the specified dates to attend the training.

Course Fee: 250 TL

Registration and Payment: Course payments will be made by credit card. Bank transfer and EFT will not be accepted. A registration and course entry guide has been prepared on how to register and make payments in the new system. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Since a new system has been implemented, students need to carefully follow the steps in the given guide and register for the course. In the new system, registrations will be through the BGM education portal and then enter the training by logging in with e-government. Please read this guide carefully. 

To open your OHS exam in the system;

• Create a new account on the BGM education portal,
• Pay the course fee again through the system (by credit card) and 
• Then, during the specified dates, ensure that your signatures are complete and accurate on the training signature lists (Saturday and Sunday) to confirm your participation in the training. 

Students who fulfill these 3 conditions (registration-payment-signature) will have their exam rights opened, and after the exam, they will be able to automatically view and download their certificates from the system. Even if the course fee has been paid, those who do not attend the FACE TO FACE TRAINING will not have their exam rights opened.

Exam Venue: It will be conducted online through the BGM education platform.

Opening of the system on the BGM education portal: After the training is completed, your exam right will be activated in the system after the signature lists are checked, and your exam will be open in the system until May 9, 2025, at 17:00. Students who do not enter and complete the exam within the given time will not have another exam right. There will be no extension of the exam duration.

Those who score 70 and above in the exam will be entitled to receive the Occupational Health and Safety certificate. 

NOTES
Note 1: The validity period of the certificates is 3 years for less hazardous workplaces, 2 years for hazardous workplaces, and 1 year for very hazardous workplaces.
Note 2: For the exam, you need to log in to the system through this link https://bgmegitim.mehmetakif.edu.tr/login/index.php.

Note 3: Students who attend the training and succeed in the exam will be able to view and download their certificates online from the system. The viewing and downloading period is limited to 1 year. During this period, students need to download their certificates from the system.
Note 4: This training is for our students who will go on internships and practical training in the 2025-2026 academic year.
